Happy Hallo-weekend!

Hope your week was full of ghouls and goblins (if you're into that sort of thing) and more fun-size candy bars than you can shake a stick at! We had friends over to the Boo-git Manor last weekend for Hallerween shenanigans and it was fantastic! Conan went as Marty McFly because I found that sweet, red puffy vest at the thrift store about a week ago and I went as a witch because I'm lazy and they had these hats at the grocery store for three dollars and yadda yadda yadda Witch!

We did the usual outside decorations. The grim reaper we made with my parents a couple of years ago, tombstones, a giant spider my mom loaned us and of course, we projected movies onto the front windows again. That's always a big hit among the ten or so trick-or-treaters we get  parents.

And if you're thinking to yourself, "Hmmm...that picture of you guys up there looks like it might have been taken in 1 Toilet Closet Place!" You are correct-o!

Except now, it's not a toilet closet anymore *drumroll*

Now it's just a closet!

Well, a closet without a door and with a um...hole in the floor.

So, yay for first steps!

That took me about 15 minutes and no more than three tools one of which was a sponge.

So if you're thinking about pulling up your own toilet (because, weekends!?) I highly recommend it!

You just need:
some channel locks
a bucket
a sponge
and absolutely NO FEAR OF TOILET WATER.
That last part is crucial because OH MY SWEET LORD IT WAS EVERYWHERE.

Anywho, wish us luck and hopefully we'll have some neat pictures to share as well as a few inspiration pics I've found next week!

    1. P'sh! We're just a couple of people who take their toilets out one slosh at a time like everybody else!
