Wow first offer!

Yeah, we got our first offer to buy our house today via a single-spaced typed letter in our mailbox, and we're not even done working on it yet!  Oh well, they offered up to $100,000 or a trade for their smaller house.  Sounds like quite a deal to me, too bad we're not looking to move.

And in other news, Katherine's started a new career as a highway bandit.
